Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the bnb96 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bnb96 platform, accessible at https://bnb96.cam. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and bnb96 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the bnb96 platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award, or other incentive granted by bnb96 to a Member, subject to specific bonus terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bnb96 before a Member may withdraw funds. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency accepted and displayed on the bnb96 Platform for Indonesian Members. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by bnb96 for all operational communications and deadlines. |
Access to and use of the bnb96 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:
Age Verification: bnb96 is an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or place any wager. bnb96 employs document-based KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an underage Member will be forfeited without exception.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the bnb96 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.
By completing the registration process, you expressly represent and warrant to bnb96 that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this clause, that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, and that you will promptly notify bnb96 if your eligibility status changes at any time during your membership.
To access the full range of services on the bnb96 Platform, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK), a valid email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and your preferred deposit and withdrawal method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bnb96 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify bnb96 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bnb96 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
bnb96 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires you to submit:
bnb96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
All personal information registered on your Account must accurately reflect your true legal identity at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or identity number — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
bnb96 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 100.000.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. bnb96 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB are processed on the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be processed by 10:00 WIB the following day.
Processing times above are estimates under normal operating conditions. bnb96 shall not be liable for delays caused by network outages, public holidays, or maintenance windows at third-party financial institutions.
bnb96 may withhold or delay any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, pending investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, or where the source of funds requires additional documentation. Members who have received a Bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before the corresponding funds may be withdrawn.
Anti-Money Laundering: bnb96 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. Members suspected of structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds or of using the Platform for money movement rather than genuine wagering will have their Accounts suspended and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by bnb96 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30×) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 200.000 requires total wagering of Rp 6.000.000 before any portion of the associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement clock starts from the date and time the bonus is credited to your Account.
Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from credit, unless stated otherwise) will be removed from your Account balance without notice. Winnings derived from expired bonus funds will similarly be removed.
bnb96 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated Account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is abusing the promotion system. Prohibited bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and coordinating bonus-abuse activity with other Members.
The welcome bonus is available to new Members only — one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. A Member who has previously held a bnb96 Account under any name or identity is not eligible for the welcome bonus under a new registration.
All sports bets placed on the bnb96 Platform are subject to the applicable league rules and the bnb96 Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. bnb96 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced unless the bet was explicitly accepted as an in-play (live) wager. Bets on markets including bandar bola (local football agency markets), voor bola (Asian handicap lines), and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators) are subject to their respective market-specific rules.
All casino and live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game and the certification standards of the providing studio. In the event of a game malfunction or server disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or round will be declared void and the applicable wager returned to the Member's balance. bnb96 bears no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to understand game rules prior to placing a wager.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game or market. bnb96 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice. High-stakes wagers may be subject to enhanced verification requirements at bnb96's discretion.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds caused by a data feed error — bnb96 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's balance. "Manifest error" means an error so obvious that a reasonable person would have recognised it as such at the time of placing the bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bnb96 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
Consequences: Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. bnb96 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable.
All content on the bnb96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of bnb96 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, modified, transmitted, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of bnb96. The bnb96 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without permission.
The bnb96 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bnb96 makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnb96 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether bnb96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bnb96's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bnb96 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or bank system outages.
bnb96 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bnb96 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and accessed only by authorised personnel for purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bnb96 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all real-money funds from your balance. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure does not affect any obligations you may have to bnb96 that arose prior to closure.
bnb96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you are in material breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) bnb96 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) bnb96 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your Account; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a zero or near-zero balance.
An Account is deemed "dormant" after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). bnb96 reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 10.000 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not cause a balance to fall below zero.
bnb96 reserves the right to modify any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, bnb96 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bnb96 is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
bnb96 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own risk and on their own initiative, and are solely responsible for ensuring their access to and use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws.
